We accept returns for products within 60 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

A proof of purchase (order number) is required for all returns.
Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team. We will provide instructions on where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually 5-10 business days).
Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
