We accept returns for products within 60 days of the delivery date.

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (order number) is required for all returns.

 

Initiating a Return

 

  • To start a return, please contact our support team. We will provide instructions on where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually 5-10 business days).

 

Shipping Costs

 

  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
